We hold ourselves to the highest standards of customer service and do what is best for our clients. Through careful and active attention to our customers' needs, we have developed an innovative, easy-to-use, and systematic process that prevents processing delays. Please follow the steps carefully and delays should not occur.
In the highly unlikely event APVI does not return your completed passport or visa to you in time for your trip, we will refund all service fees paid to us (excluding fees paid to the U.S. Department of State or foreign embassies) unless such delay is caused by circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances include:
- Delay caused by missing requirements (e.g., photos, Letter of Authorization, payment, unsigned application).
- Delay caused by shipping companies (FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, etc.).
- FedEx First Overnight (must be delivered before 8:30 a.m. for 1–3 day passport or visa processing). Please choose No Signature Required to ensure your package is delivered on time.
- FedEx Priority Overnight (must be delivered before 10:30 a.m.). Mail received after 10:30 a.m. will be processed the next day.
- Delay caused by internal operations of the U.S. Department of State or foreign embassies. For Expedite Service, processing time begins when documents are received by our office, provided they are received before 8:30 a.m.
- The State Department and all embassies reserve the right to extend the expedite period in times of extreme volume, staff shortages, or equipment malfunction.
- Delay caused by the suspension of a passport or visa application by the U.S. Department of State or foreign embassies.
Your passport application is likely to be suspended by the passport office if:
- You are behind on child support payments.
- You owe the government a repatriation loan.
- You are on court-ordered probation that restricts international travel.
- Additional documents are requested by the passport office (e.g., additional ID, yearbook) to further confirm your identity.
APVI is not responsible for any documents accidentally held or lost by the passport office or foreign embassies. In the highly unlikely event this occurs, APVI will assist in recovering the missing documents or help you apply for new ones.
Refund Policy
This refund policy covers the expenses incurred by APVI on behalf of its clients once an order is placed.
- APVI does not charge any cancellation fees provided the cancellation is requested within 24 hours from the time the order is placed and provided no reservation has been made.
- No refunds are available after a reservation is provided.
- No refunds are available after 24 hours from the time the order is placed if a reservation has not been provided.

The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on this site (collectively, the "Trademarks") are registered and common-law trademarks of apvi.com. IN NO EVENT SHALL apvi.com BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, DAMAGE, OR ANY SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. IF apvi.com IS FOUND LIABLE, OUR LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED, IN THE AGGREGATE, THE GREATER OF (A) THE SERVICE CHARGE OR (B) US$199.00.
Indemnification
You shall defend and indemnify apvi.com and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim, cause of action, or demand — including reasonable legal and accounting fees — brought by or on your behalf in excess of the liability described herein, or by third parties as a result of your use of this site.

Injunctive Relief
You acknowledge that any violation of this agreement will cause irreparable damage to APVI, Inc. for which there is no adequate remedy at law. APVI, Inc. shall be entitled as a matter of right to an injunction issued by any court of competent jurisdiction, restraining such violation, as well as recovery of all costs and reasonable attorney's fees. No bond or other security shall be required in connection with such injunction.
Termination
APVI, Inc. may terminate this agreement and/or the provision of any of the services at any time for any reason, including any improper use of this site or your failure to comply with these terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to APVI, Inc.
Assignment
You may not assign, convey, subcontract, or delegate your rights, duties, or obligations hereunder.
Modification
APVI, Inc. may at any time modify these terms and conditions, and your continued use of this site will be conditioned upon the terms in force at the time of your use.
Severability
These terms shall be deemed severable. If any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
Headings
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect the terms herein.
Entire Agreement
This user agreement, together with any terms incorporated or referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (oral or written). It may not be amended except in writing or by making such amendments available on this site.
