Expedited Passport Processing

The invitation letter is required from your host. 

The invitation letter must:

• be completed on the official original company letterhead;
• be addressed to the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Washington, DC;
• confirm the applicant’s position with the company and the nature of the business to be conducted in Saudi;
• include the name, address, and telephone number of your business contact in Saudi;
• guarantee financial responsibility and return transportation for the applicant.

Additional documents may be requested by the embassy if needed.
